Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

Returns and Refunds
- Due to the nature of our food and consumable products, returns are accepted only if the product is:
- Damaged in transit
- Expired upon delivery
- Incorrect item shipped
- In such cases:
- Email us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Attach clear images of the product and packaging.
- Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or full refund within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products that are opened, used, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for refund or replacement.
- No refunds for cancellations after the product is dispatched.
