Returns & Exchange Policy

At A&B Marketing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

1. Items Eligible for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or expired product.
  • You received the wrong item (different from what was ordered).
  • The packaging was tampered or opened at the time of delivery.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the perishable nature of groceries, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Fresh produce (fruits, vegetables, dairy, bread, etc.)
  • Opened or partially used food items
  • Products without original packaging or seal
  • Items purchased under offers, discounts, or clearance sale (unless damaged)

3. Return / Exchange Request Window

  • Please raise a return or exchange request within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

You can raise a request easily by:

 

  • Visiting our website/app.
  • Selecting the item and clicking on “Complaint/ Request Return/Exchange”.
  • Uploading a photo of the product showing the issue (damage, expiry, etc.).

 

Our support team will review the request and respond within 48 hours.

5. Refund & Replacement Process

  • For approved returns, we will either:
  • Send a replacement of the same product (if available), or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 working days.

6. Delivery-Related Issues

  • If an item is missing, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If your delivery is delayed or incomplete, our team will coordinate to resolve it quickly.
